Last Friday, the Elara Aerospace team gathered for a face-to-face operations meeting. This meeting allowed us to discuss our current projects in the region, assess progress and plan future steps more effectively through face-to-face interaction and open discussion.

In addition to the meeting, we engaged in team-building activities to improve communication and collaboration, and to get to know the new team members who had recently joined us. These activities helped to strengthen our team bonds, foster a collaborative spirit and create new friendships.

Overall, the face-to-face meeting was a success and everyone had a great time, providing both strategic insights and opportunities for team growth.

We look forward to the next in-person meeting and hope to make them more frequent, building a strong team and having fun together.
